Bright was founded in 2024 by Fredrik Magnusson and Gustaf Strauss during their studies at Lund University. Just like many others, they thought that the university textbooks were expensive and the books were heavy to carry around. They started to wonder: what if all the books were available as e-books? Then you could study anywhere, without having to worry about forgetting a book. That's how the idea for Bright was born.

Today, Bright offers not just a large library of digital textbooks. You can also download old exams/practice exams and upload your own documents. Brights AI chatbot helps you understand tricky concepts and quickly answers your questions. The goal is to make your study time easier and help you succeed with your exams.
